US election 08; whose topping the viral polls?

A quick glance on youtube would suggest Obama and there’s certainly plenty going round on the work emails at the mo. With many influential liberal leaning blogs backing Obama, it will be interesting to see from the results, how important the online debates were in deciding the next occupant of The White House.

For now, though, here are just a sample of some cracking election videos being posted up online and if you took the youtube community as a straw poll of voter intent, it looks like it’s going to be a landslide…

That said, there is an overwhelming number of videos that look to undermine both candidates but Obama’s proactive approach to engaging in dialogue direct with his electorate rather than being reactive and courting the old news heavyweights, seems to be paying off… we’ll find out next week… maybe they’ll be a little surprise in store…
